Heartbreaking pantomime where the sloth refuses to heed shouts of “they’re behind you!”
There are clearly trees right there. I get that they’re highlighting habitat loss, but what a terrible headline.
New headline: “Dumb sloth clings to barbed wire fence instead of trees behind it.”
I mean, they are dumb. To reduce energy usage, their brains grew smaller. Which was fine in a world without fences.
