There is a reason I just don’t do it. More reasonable speed trains would be great. Like even 100kmh would he nice to have on many lines around where I live.
Luckily I’m in an area where there are both… to an extent. I really liked what the person said here, that basically it is stupid to waste fuel and money on shorter trips. In the US though we just don’t have that sort of connection. Our train stations are miles away from airports, and they would require separate tickets, and it’s just a hassle.
