What are your favorite communities/forums/other corners of the internet for getting hands-on, practical advice on repairing stuff (all kinds)? Right now I’m looking for ways to repair a set of earbuds (that isn’t actually broken - it’s just that the rubber/silicone cover of the buttons is coming off).
I’ve never found anything close to the level of detail, for such a range of products as iFixit.
The community has grown significantly since I started using it and I have no problems supporting them through their store.
