I have very limited experience with this but from what I’ve seen car batteries are terrible for this. They’re not designed to be drained and don’t hold up to it well. Deep cycle is the way to go.

I bought my car brand new in 2011and I intend to drive it until the wheels fall off. I like the peace of mind that comes with knowing it has been well maintained and that no one before me abused it. I plan on buying whatever replaces it new as well. Although I do have a great deal of anxiety about it due to all the stupid unnecessary shit they’re putting in new cars these days.
Yes, that’s why I replied to a comment about the laws needing to change.
YES PLEASE. You can even make it electric. I just want a small truck with a full size bed. I don’t need all the other shit these overpriced monstrosities come with.
Well your blender problems would be over at least.
I have a set of these that was part of a larger set of precision bits I was buying anyway. I’ve only ever used one of the security bits in like a decade of having them. I wouldn’t have bought the security bits alone.
It’s a blender… As long as it’s unplugged you’ll be fine.
Wow that’s terrible.
Cut that middle bit out and make it into a flathead.
Thanks for explaining. I think the people I knew who tried this didn’t take any precautions to protect their battery so that would explain why theirs failed so quickly.
