The isue is I’m not that good at spelling so I don’t know when to trust me or the keyboard. It’s too tedious.
Also very precise temperature control. The sage one can do sous vide as well and it’s also needed for yoghurt.
As soon as my autocorrect is contaminated with spelling errors I’m doomed. For some reason when spelling a word wrong just twice or thrice it’s automatically added to the dictionary which is so stupid. So in reality it’s not me spelling it wrong because I’m ignorant, it’s because autocorrect does not actually correct me when I need it and it’s teaching me back my own mistakes. I have the same issue with the word “very” that I spell “verry” because it got into the dictionary once and I never knew it was wrong until much later and I had alread learned the muscle memory. Who was supposed to teach me anyway at this point. I’m far past school.
I can recommend the Sage/breville “fast and slow go 6L” cooker if you cannot or don’t want to get the instant pot. I have had mine for 2 years now and its solid build and i have used it a lot. Makes excellent youghurt and risotto among others.
What’s the function of the baking soda? Disinfectant?
You can always dump the hot water in an outside radiator if you HAVE to cool the server room to keep the temps down. A simple fan duckt would probably doo fine too. However with the heat pump you can also heat a little hot tub to use outside in summer
You can even dump the cold air from the heat pumps into the server room and pull the hot air back into the heat pump again to gain even better efficiency
I had the same initial feeling about it when i got handed the mouse randomly one day. I was like uhg I don’t really want to relearn how to mouse, but I’ll give it a go because why not. I was struggling a bit at first, but I was surprised at how easy i caught on to it. Within and hour I didn’t think much about how to use it anymore and within a week I didnt eaven reach for my normal mouse next to it anymore because it was just more comfortable to use the ball mouse. My girlfriend was the same when she borrowed or one day to play some Sims from the couch. It’s especially good for that because you don’t need any surface for it to work. It works anywhere. She just started using it with no training and now keeps asking for borrowing it. I can only recommend it. The Logitech is the best options tho. I’m not sure about the quality of other brands.
It’s not for everyone but a Logitech MX ergo is a rock solid choice (ball mouse) since you don’t move the mouse around it doesn’t get nearly as abused and woren down. I have one I’ve used for 3 years now and it was second hand when I got it so god knows how old it is and it still looks in perfect condition.
Great question. The garden is facing directly south so gets lots of sun (northern hemisphere) the only shade comes from the hedge
Great ideas. I’d assume there to be sand under the tiles. Probably good for wild flowers that thrive on poor soil.
Greta thank you for mentioning that community. I do actually also get a roof trace of similar size (bit smaller) on the house that I still don’t know what to do with so I’ll go ask there probably
This is a great idea. I didn’t think about those at all. It’ll allow the soil to be more stable in winter when it’s wet and rainy.
I use mine extensively as a health monitor/tracker. I now have 3 years worth of heart rate data and can see early warnings of potential issues if it changes. Also it tracks my daily activity for step counts and also my sleep habits. It is also really good for getting off my phone since I can easily see notifications and if they aren’t important I can just look at them later instead of always having to check my phone. Also it tells the time so thats nice too.
