6 days agoGood point. I’m sure the recommended daily value is just the minimum after all. I did genuinely think that potassium was more dangerous than other vitamins because it isn’t water soluble and therefore had a harder time getting excreted as you point out. And I’ve bought potassium supplements at the pharmacy before where the pharmacists told me to be careful, so it’s the one thing I’ve tried to be extra cautious about.

Haha, that was never a concern to begin with. It’s a fun fact though.
