Instant pot isn’t bifl. I’ve owned one for about 5 years and it broke under warranty.
The issue is that you’re expecting a lot of features. A manual pressure cooker is bifl, and as long as it has a safety release valve it should be fine.
There isn’t a heat pump oven (yet) so the biggest improvement to electric cooking efficiency has been those portable induction cooktops. They are all rated at around 2000w.
I would still keep a small propane or multi fuel burner just in case.
Stick with Client until you can coordinate and understand the problems with other modes.
Why do you need a lower antenna at all?
Wouldn’t the higher antenna also service the local area?
