Packaging manufacturers including Ardagh, Cascades, International Paper and Smurfit Westrock announced a variety of facility and production line closures scheduled to take place in the coming months.

Since these packagers and paper making mills and machines are shutting down, that means people are ordering less and now ordering even less since shipping costs will skyrocket.
