Theres a certain comfort in owning the game and hoping to play it. At least that’s a tiny value I get out of the stream library.
Although I’ve mostly stopped buying in sales. I’ve resolved to pay full price whenever I am ready to install and play the game that instant. So far I’ve hardly spent anything.
Or better yet, if you like doing this, then get into emulation. Spend hours and days setting up emulators, front end, ROMs, etc and get a library far too large to ever play… And then ignore that for free.
But but maybe one day? (The day never comes)
