Around a month ago, I posted about growing Kratky lettuce in bottles. You can harvest the lower leaves only, so the plant can continue growing.

I’ve also got some same growing in coco coir, rhe first time this year. Works phenomenally too! Only watering once every two extremely hot days is amazing with this pot size!

I’ve also got some asian lettuce growing:

And shiso (?) too:

Even included a small stinging nettle that started growing in the compost soil nearby. Edible and not angry anymore when dressed. And a dandelion:

The bowl is complete!

Tasted absolutely amazing. Very aromatic and a bit spicy even! Got 4 portions from it.

Growing lettuce is very quickly rewarding!

Absolutely zero pests included 🪲
