    That’s weird. Why would the projections all be horizontal, as if new PV rollout will suddenly become static this year.
    Thats not a projection.

      people assumed that solar cells would stay expensive and wouldn’t be competitive with fossil fuels, then China started producing them at massive scale which brought costs down
