Hello, first post. I’m a novice. I have ideas on where to put up nodes, and know people interested in getting a device. But to do it on scale to really cover my city, I cannot afford getting that much hardware.

Should I make a non-profit for this? Or consult a pre-existing nonprofit? Has that been done somewhere else in the world? Any tips on finding local friends/enthusiasts and financing distribution other than out of pocket? Thanks!
