Oh you poor, poor people.
I want to believe we have a chance. No matter the odds, I want to think humans will overcome.
I also believe my ideology is superior to the prevailing ideology globally. So I could be bias.
Population cannot increase forever. Resources are finite.
I’m still hopeful, even with the odds stacked heavily/impossibly against us.
